The pool was nice and warm, and the hotel was located near popular attractions in the area, which was great. The staff seemed friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, my Christmas experience at this hotel was not very pleasant. The room smelled musty and was not very clean. There were also a couple of rude staff members that made the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast was not great and could have been better stocked. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable Christmas experience.

We got the suite and it was good sized. All staff we met were friendly. We tried some nice meals at Leeann Chins, located short walk from the hotel. It was a 3-star property in every way.

We appreciated the comforts of this pet friendly hotel. 700 feet to the bus stop. We would stay there again on our next trip to Plymouth.

We loved the clean and upscale suite, with its in-suite whirlpool. The breakfast was also amazing, even on a Wednesday morning. The staff were really nice and welcoming. Finally, we had tons of fun in the pool and enjoyed the hotel facilities.

Our room was very big. Lot of space for everyone with us
The room was not clean my children move the sofa bed it had trash underneath it. Pull the bed out it had dirty used bedding. That I had to call to get fresh ones sent after I notice it was non left in the room. That morning after breakfast can back to the room and notice the rest room toilet ran over. The water just keep filling up and wouldn't stop. Other guests was been racism when my children went to play at the pool area. Call the front desk to complain. And when she can to investigate she told us she don't kwn what they problem was but they playing just like the rest of the children. She didn't notice them doing anything inappropriate.

the room was clean, staff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious and the location of this Ramada is ideal for heading either to St Paul or Minneapolis to visit different location such as the Mall of American or the Minneapolis convention center The Green Mill restaurant which is attached has excellent food and service and the playhouse in the basement offers an opportunity for entertainment.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel is located near attractions. The jacuzzi was a nice touch.
The room was a bit dated and the bed was not comfortable. The noise from other guests in the hallways could be heard easily.

Both women at the desk were more worried about getting a smoke break than what was going on in the hotel.On two occasions I went to the front desk and no one was there.Very unprofessional.Also,got stuck in the parking lot because it wasn't plowed.

The room was outdated and in need of repairs. The bathroom had a musty smell, and there were stains on the carpet. The walls were thin, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms. the hotel could use some updates and attention to detail.

The breakfast cooked food was luke warm at best, and the waffle maker should have had Pam or some other oil to treat the waffle maker.
